Terms and Conditions for TaxGlide

Welcome to TaxGlide! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TaxGlide application and services. By using TaxGlide, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Prepaid Subscription Model
TaxGlide operates on a prepaid subscription basis. You must purchase a subscription to access and utilize our services.

2. Payment Requirement
Full payment (100%) of the applicable subscription fee is required before TaxGlide will execute any requested services.

3. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to TaxGlide are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

  • Subscriptions are not transferable to another person.

4. Document Submission

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all documents submitted by you as attachment to TaxGlide.

    Documents submitted by you will serve as the basis for the services provided.

    TaxGlide is not responsible for any changes or errors in the documents after they have been submitted by you.

5. Correction Limitations

  • Once a file is deemed complete by TaxGlide, no corrections will be entertained.
  • Any necessary corrections identified after completion will be treated as new service requests and may incur additional charges.

6. Document Access
All documents related to your services will be available in your client portal for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. After 90 days, TaxGlide reserves the right to delete these documents.

7. Service Timelines

  • The minimum service completion timeline is 3 days.
  • Actual service timelines may vary and will be determined by TaxGlide's administration. TaxGlide will make reasonable efforts to provide estimated completion times, but these are not guaranteed

8. Communication Protocol
All communication with TaxGlide regarding services must be conducted through the TaxGlide application or designated communication channels provided within the application. External forms of communication (e.g., personal email, phone calls) will not be permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • TaxGlide provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TaxGlide disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • TaxGlide will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TaxGlide relating to your access to and use of the services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and TaxGlide.

12. Changes to Terms
TaxGlide reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. If TaxGlide makes material changes to these Terms, it will post the updated Terms on the TaxGlide application and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
